Image Options won 1,000 points in the SGIA's 2019 assessment, the highest score to date for the program, and won the Safety Recognition Program Award.
Foothill Ranch, CA (Merxwire) - The Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) recently announced that Image Options has worked hard to incorporate health and safety into its daily practice over the past year, and has been awarded the SGIA 2019 Safety Recognition Program Award. Image Options is the program's highest score to date, with annual plans ranging from January 1 to December 31.
Image Options received the award with a score of 1,000, which is currently the highest score for the project, so Image Options is very honored. Dave Brewer said that we are very happy to be recognized by the SGIA Safety Recognition Program and thank our colleagues and members of the safety committee for their hard work in achieving this goal.
SGIA member companies receive "points" for specific safety activities and initiatives, such as developing a new safety policy, creating a safety training program for new hires and providing worker safety training. Participants then submit documentation for each activity.
"We congratulate Image Options for being a leader in its field in implanting health and safety practices into its operation throughout all of 2019," says Marci Kinter, Vice President, Government Affairs, SGIA. УТ "Studies show that companies that focus on safety and health issues see improved performance in areas ranging from morale and productivity, to operating and insurance costs. We look forward to continuing to see Image Options move into 2020 with these initiatives, and more."
